The following will outline Wilbar International’s procedure for ordering parts. We strive to place orders quickly and efficiently.

All orders must include the following:

1. Completed parts order form (Click here to download and print form)
   
   
2. Part number *note if the part number is unknown, please send in a picture of the entire pool along with a view of the top caps and top rails for identification of the pool.
   
   
3. Model name
   
   
4. Size and height.

* Please note: Pool Parts orders will not be processed over the phone. All orders must be handled in writing or by e-mail.
